Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care Community Breaks Ground In Kentucky

Trilogy Management Services (Louisville, Ky.) and DMK Development Group (Maumee, Ohio) broke ground on a new senior living community in Owensboro, Ky., according to an article in Messenger-Inquirer.

The project will include 51 independent living units, 44 assisted living units, and 20 memory care units with a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom options.

Residents will have access to a full-service bistro, multiple dining areas, activity room, beauty and barber salon, library, theater room, multiple sunrooms, and fitness center. An outdoor courtyard and garden area are also planned.
