Nonprofit ICCF Community Homes (Grand Rapids, Mich.) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new 62+ independent living community in Grand Rapids, according to the website fox17online.com.
The Southgate includes 56 units, with 50 reserved as affordable units.
The $19 million, four-story community also houses a fitness center, clinical spaces, library, and outdoor bocce ball court.
