Nonprofit owner and operator HumanGood (Duarte, Calif.) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Ardmore House II, a new senior living community in Ardmore, Pa., according to bucksco.today.
The 48-unit affordable senior living community will offer one-bedroom units. Amenities will include common spaces and a laundry facility.
Developers expect the project to be completed by the end of 2026. Ardmore House II will be the second community operated by HumanGood in the Philadelphia area.
