Vitality Living and Al Copeland Investments are planning to turn the Copeland Tower Suites hotel into an active adult living community in Metairie.
The 16-story Copeland Tower Living will offer 95 one-bedroom units, nine common areas, on-site dining with a bar and cocktail lounge, and a wellness center and spa on the top floor.
The project is slated to open in summer 2021.
