Sandy Hughes, co-founder of Solace House of The Ozarks, is in the process of opening an end of life home in Joplin, Mo. According to an article in The Mexico Ledger, Solace House of the Ozarks will be a free end of life home, financed with public donations.

Reporter Lee Ann Murphy writes: “Solace House of the Ozarks will be the first home of this type in Missouri. Last week, the Solace House trustees were able to close on a home on West 26th Street in Joplin…ideal because of the proximity to the hospitals and medical offices. When Solace House opens, plans call for two bedrooms.”
