Holland Home (Grand Rapids, Mich.) plans to develop The Averden, its third senior living campus in Ada, Mich., according to a news release.
The $215 million project will be organized into three neighborhoods, housing 136 independent living residences and a 15-room assisted living center.
Amenities at the 60+ active adult community will include a restaurant, café, group fitness space, golf simulator, walking track, indoor pool, and pickleball courts.
The community will be built on land donated to Holland Home in 1998. Construction is expected to begin in early 2027.
