Milestone Retirement Communities (Vancouver, Wash.) for the Holden Collection, an Alliance Residential Company (Phoenix), is opening an assisted living and memory care community in Tukwila, Wash.
Holden Southcenter will comprise 138 units, including 107 assisted living units featuring studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options; and 31 memory care units.
Assisted living amenities include common areas, a full-service dining room, full-service bistro/bar, fitness center with yoga studio, hair and nail salon, family gathering room, multi-purpose room with a large screen and projector with theater-style seating, rooftop courtyard, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit.
Memory care amenities include private and companion suites, purposefully designed activity and living areas, a hair and nail salon, and secured outdoor courtyard.
The community is scheduled to open by the end of July.
