Holbrook Decatur, an Atlanta-based $74 million active lifestyle community, hosted its ribbon cutting and grand opening event.
The five-story, upscale community offers 200 custom-designed residences, with more than 18 individualized floorplans and upgraded options such as custom closets, a fireplace, and a wine chiller. Holbrook Decatur also offers amenities and hospitality services, including air ionization, UV water purification, and access to the Holbrook app for 24/7 updates.
In addition to the Holbrook Communities in Decatur, Acworth and Woodstock, Holbrook owns and operates three Dogwood Forest locations in Acworth, Dunwoody, and Grayson, all offering assisted living and memory care.
