Construction on Highlands Ranch Town Center, a 55+ affordable senior housing community, is progressing in Highlands Ranch, Colo.
The $23.3 million, 130,000 square-foot project will include 110 units.
The project team includes Hord Coplan Macht Architects (architect and interior designer; Denver), Pinkard Construction Company (general contractor; Lakewood, Colo.), and Shea Properties (developer; Denver).
The community is slated to open in August.
