HGK Development (part of Hatch Development Group; Des Moines, Iowa) completed the historic Winterset High School Apartments, an affordable senior living community redevelopment of a 1920s-era former high school, according to the Des Moines Register.
The 55+ community comprises 27 units.
The project team also includes Ask Studio (architect, Des Moines) and Estes Construction (general contractor; Davenport, Iowa).
