Developer Heritage Senior Living (Blue Bell, Pa.) plans to break ground on The Birches at New Hope assisted living and memory care community, in Solebury, Pa., according to the website phillyburbs.com.
The three-story, 98,000-square-foot community will house 62 assisted living units and 31 memory care. Some of the units will be available for couples or companions.
The senior living community is expected to open in 2025.
