Heritage Senior Living Plans $15M Replacement Community In South Dakota

The phased project will include independent living and assisted living units and townhomes.

Developer HME Management (Brookings, S.D.) is planning a replacement community for Heritage Senior Living in Madison, S.D., according to the website madisondailyleader.com.

The $15 million project will be divided into two phases with the first phase adding 19 independent living units, as well as increase the number of assisted living units from 24 to 31 units. Phase 2 will build new townhomes adjacent to the new community.

Also as part of the project, the current community will be renovated into a memory care center
