Heritage Senior Communities To Add The Village At LaFranier Woods In Michigan

Heritage Senior Communities (Grand Haven, Mich.) is planning a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Traverse, Mich., according to an article in record-eagle.com.

Situated on 36 acres, The Village at LaFranier Woods will be completed in phases, starting with a three-story, 115-unit independent living building, which is under construction, and 12 cottages in duplex, triplex, and quadplex styles.

The second phase will add a three-story, 115-unit residential building as well as 28 single-story multitenant cottage units; the third phase will include 100 assisted living and memory care units.
