Vivalon’s Healthy Aging Campus is being planned for San Rafael, Calif.
The six-story, 70,000-square-foot center will include 66 affordable senior living units. Amenities, including a geriatric clinic, auditorium, multipurpose café with activity/dining room, physical therapy gym, art studio, computer lab, and classrooms are planned, with most open to the public.
The project team comprises MBH Architects (design; San Francisco). It is scheduled to open in 2022.
