Property management firm Health Dimensions Group (Minneapolis) plans to open Mira at Maumelle, a independent living, assisted living, and memory care community, this fall, in Maumelle, Ark., according to the website armoneyandpolitics.com.
The senior living community includes 24 memory care studio units with kitchenettes.
Memory care residents will have access to a salon, kitchen, dining space, walking paths, and a secure outdoor garden.
The independent and assisted living neighborhoods will offer two one-bedroom models. Units will have full-service kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, full-size refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, in-unit washers and dryers, and ample storage space.
