National affordable housing owner, developer, and manager Dominium (Plymouth, Minn.) plans to open a new 55+ affordable senior living community in Columbia, S.C., according to an article in coladaily.com.
Haven at Congaree Pointe will include 198 units and is scheduled to open in December 2023.
The project team comprises Kimley Horn (planning and design consultant; Columbia) and WD Construction LLC, a joint venture between Weis Builders and Dominium Construction & Architecture Services (construction; Minneapolis).
