Harvest Senior Living plans to bring a new community to Aledo, Texas.
The 68,000-square-foot independent living, assisted living, and memory care community will be situated on 7.5 acres and feature 20 independent living villas, as well as 70 assisted living and 20 memory care residences, announced Civitas Senior Living in Fort Worth, Texas, a senior living management company, and Journey Capital, a Dallas-based senior housing development company.
It will feature a rustic, cozy, Texas-like character and upscale on-site amenities and services including a full-service salon, creative arts studio, fitness center, and dining options.
Groundbreaking is planned for June 2020 with the community expected to open in winter 2021.
