Harper’s Station Yorktown, a 55+ independent living, assisted living, and memory care community, broke ground in Yorktown, Va., according to the website wydaily.com.
Managed by SRI Management (Tallahassee, Fla.), the 158,000-square-foot community will include 158 units comprising studio and one- and two-bedroom options.
Residents will have access to a beauty salon/barber shop and movie theater.
The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2024.
