Developer Smith/Packett Med-Com LLC (Roanoke, Va.) is planning to open the Harmony at Greenwood senior living community in Greenwood, Ind., according to the website dailyjournal.net.
Situated on 7.7 acres, the 200,000-square-foot community will include 134 independent living units, 62 assisted living units, and 38 memory care units.
Residents will have access to dining rooms, physical therapy and exercise areas, a billiards room, and chapel.
Construction on the four-story community is expected to begin this fall and be completed in 2025.
