Harding Place, a senior living community in Searcy, Ark., has started construction on a 108,000-square-foot expansion, according to Arkansas Radio.
The existing community spans 99,000 square feet and houses 116 units.
The expansion is expected to double the size of the campus while adding 82 independent living units for a total of 198 units.
