Developer and management firm Harbor Retirement Associates (Vero Beach, Fla.) is under construction on HarborChase of Beachwalk in St. Augustine, Fla., according to the St. Augustine Record.
The 172-unit community will house 82 independent living units, 66 assisted living units, and a 24-unit memory care neighborhood with studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a salon, arts and crafts studio, movie theater, billiards room, fitness center, golf simulator, and tearoom.
HarborChase of Beachwalk is expected to open in fall 2027.
