Developer Harbert South Bay Partners (Dallas) is planning to replace the 1940s-era Fairwood Apartments with a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Dallas, according to the website dallasnews.com.
Situated on 3 acres, the 290,000-square-foot community will feature a large internal courtyard, separate wings for memory care and assisted living residents, and parking.
The project team includes design and engineering firm Arcadis (Dallas).
