Momentum Senior Living (Irvine, Calif.) and developer Harbert South Bay Partners (Dallas) and are planning The Seville, a new assisted living and memory care community in San Clemente, Calif.
The two-story community will house 87 residential units, with 63 units for assisted living and 24 units for memory care.
Amenities will include three courtyards and a pool.
The Seville is scheduled to open in summer 2024.
