United Church Homes (Marion, Ohio), which operates faith-inspired senior living communities, is partnering with The McCabe Companies (Plain City, Ohio) to develop Hamlet on Darby in Plain City.
Situated on 9 acres, the 55+ community will include 67 two-bedroom villas and townhomes with attached garages and covered front porches.
Residents will have access to a community pavilion with an outdoor firepit, common areas, gardens, and walking paths.
RDC Design-Build Inc. (Oakland Park, Fla.) is the design/build firm on the project.
The project is slated for completion by February 2024.
