Developer Griffin Living (Westlake Village, Calif.) is planning a new assisted living and memory care project in Santa Clarita, Calif., according to the website multihousingnews.com.
The 109,077-square-foot community will house 75 assisted living units and 29 memory care units.
Wellness-focused amenities are also planned.
The new senior living community is expected to begin construction this year and open in 2024.
