Greenwood Senior Apartments Open At Site Of Former School In Kansas City, Missouri

The 3-story affordable senior living community houses 49 one- and two-bedroom units, a community room, computer lounge, and crafts room.

Affordable housing developer Fulson Housing Group (Lee’s Summit, Mo.) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Greenwood Senior Apartments in Kansas City, Mo., according to The Kansas City Star.

The affordable senior living community houses 49 units with one- and two-bedroom floor models in a 3-story building. Amenities include a community room, computer lounge, and crafts room.

The community was developed on the site of a former elementary school that closed in 1997 and was demolished in 2019 for planned redevelopment.
