The three-story community will include multiple dining options, a bar and bistro, fitness and wellness centers, yoga studio, salon, movie theater, multipurpose spaces, a pool, and outdoor areas, as well as access to an adjacent nature center.

The project team comprises Dallas-based architecture firm PRDG and Fort Lauderdale-based Moss & Associates, which is serving as design and pre-construction consultant.

It is slated to break ground in 2024 and is expected to be complete in 2026.
