Grand Vista Assisted Living is planning to build a new 12,000-square-foot community in Coldwater, Mich.
The 20-unit assisted living and independent living community will feature one-bedroom and studio units. Amenities will include a beauty/barber shop, courtyard and garden, walking paths, spa room, and media and family room.
The project, situated on approximately 3.7 acres, is expected to cost $2.1 million.
