Owner and operator Grand Living (Minneapolis) and developer Castletop Capital (Austin, Texas) are planning Grand Living at The Grove. The 348,353-square-foot senior living community will be adjacent to The Grove mixed-use development in Austin.
The five-story community will house 186 independent and assisted living units, as well as 36 memory care units. Residents will have the option to choose from studio and one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 450 to 1,600 square feet.
Amenities will include a lounge and club, library, multiple dining venues, performance theater, spa and fitness center, therapy rooms, chapel, and outdoor spaces.
The project team comprises Ryan Companies (co-developer and builder; Minneapolis) and Ryan A+E Inc. (architect of record; Minneapolis).
Grand Living at The Grove is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
