Grand Living Management (Minneapolis) is planning to a grand opening celebration for Grand Living at Wellen Park, a luxury senior living community, in Venice, Fla.
The 235,267-square-foot community includes 204 units and resort-style amenities, including a pool, outdoor hot tub, spa and fitness center, 150-seat forum theatre, library, chapel and meditation center, dining venues, pet park, and putting green.
Ryan Companies US Inc. (Minneapolis) served as the project’s developer, designer, and builder.
