Grand Living At The Grove Tops Out In Texas

The five-story senior living community will be part of a mixed-use development and is expected to open by early 2025.

Operator Grand Living (Minneapolis) and developer Castletop Capital (Austin, Texas) announced the topping out of Grand Living at The Grove in Austin.

Part of a mixed-use development, the five-story, 348,353-square-foot senior living community comprises 177 independent and assisted living units and 36 memory care units. Residential units will range in size from 450 to 1,600 square feet and include studio, one- and two-bedroom, and den options.

Amenities will include a club and lounge, library, performance theater, spa and fitness center, salon, pool, therapy rooms, game rooms, gift shop, chapel, and outdoor amenity spaces. Also planned are 167 underground parking stalls.

Ryan Companies US Inc. (Minneapolis) is the co-developer and builder on the project and Ryan A+E Inc. (Minneapolis) is serving as the designer.

Grand Living at the Grove is slated to open by early 2025.
