Construction has started on Gracewell Senior Living, a new assisted living and memory care community in Westfield, Ind., according to a news release.
The project features a household model, with 32 total units divided evenly across two single-story buildings, offering private suites, shared living spaces, and secure memory care programming.
Amenities include chef-prepared meals, common areas with fireplaces, a salon, library, and landscaped central garden.
The project is expected to be completed in summer 2027.
