Life plan community Givens Estates (Asheville, N.C.), is approximately halfway through a $33 million expansion project, called Friendship Park, which is slated to be completed in 2021.
The new community will have 80 units. Givens Estates is also investing $9.5 million to update and renovate its Oxford Commons building on campus with three new dining venues, a wellness gym, and an exterior terrace.
