GenCare Lifestyle, PMB Open New Community In Washington State

GenCare Lifestyle, a Seattle-based senor living provider, and healthcare real estate developer PMB (San Diego) have opened an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Tacoma, Wash.

The 144,000-square-foot, six-story community, called Point Ruston, features 159 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. Amenities includes a pool, gym, wellness center, public and private dining rooms, movie theater, bistro, full-service restaurant, media room, and salon.

The project team included Erdman (architect; Madison, Wis.);  Wattenbarger Architects (design consultant; Bellevue, Wash.); Husted Design (interior designer; Edmonds, Wash.); and  MC Construction (general contractor; Tacoma).
