Nonprofit property owner and developer Front Porch (Glendale, Calif.) plans to rebuild Los Gatos Meadows, a senior living community in Los Gatos, Calif., that closed in 2019 due to safety concerns, according to siliconvalley.com.
The plans consist of 187 independent living units and 24 assisted living units in a 6-story building with two levels of parking on approximately 11 acres.
Construction is set to start in early 2027, and the community is expected to open by late 2029.
