Fox Home Senior Living, a 55+ affordable community, is being planned for Yorkville, Ill., according to the website www.shawlocal.com.
The three-story project will house 36 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units.
Residents will have access to a community room, fitness center, garden, and walking paths.
Northpointe Development (Oshkosh, Wis.) is the developer on the project.
