Development partners Gorman & Company (Oregon, Wis.) and Cupid Development (Milwaukee, Wis.) opened Edison School Apartments in Milwaukee.
The affordable senior living community is a redevelopment of a former middle school, and comprises 63 one- and two-bedroom units. The 152,240-square-foot community also includes a community room and fitness room.
