Former Hotel To Become Luxury Senior Living Community In D.C.

The eight-story Inspīr Embassy Row community will include 174 residential units.

Maplewood Senior Living (Westport, Conn.) and Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. (Cockeysville, Md.) are planning to  transform the former Fairfax at Embassy Row, a 1920s-era hotel, into a new luxury senior living community in Washington, D.C., according to an article in bizjournals.com.

The 173,932-square-foot building will become Inspīr Embassy Row, with 174 units for assisted living and memory care.
