Amera Senior Living is being developed in a former hotel in Sioux City, Iowa, according to yahoo.com.
The 10-story, 160-unit community will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care options in studio, and one- and two-bedroom layouts.
Amenities include a pool, movie theater, library, physical therapy room, café.
