The former Hamilton Field Hospital in Novato, Calif., has been transformed into a new luxury assisted living and memory care community.
The four-story Elegance Hamilton Hill has 80 residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans with balcony and terrace options. The community also includes a full-service restaurant and bistro, rooftop lounge, on-site physical therapy area, continual-learning classroom, salon and spa, and outdoor patios.
The project is a partnership of senior living management services company Elegance Living (Baltimore), real estate investment firm Avesta Development Group (Menlo Park, Calif.), and private equity firm Capital Health Group (Baltimore).
