Forefront Living Renovates CCRC In Dallas

The 300,000-square-foot project will include a café, salon, and great room.

Owner and operator Forefront Living (Dallas) is renovating the Corrigan Building common area at Presbyterian Village North, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Dallas, as part of an ongoing $35 million campus-wide repositioning effort.

The project includes renovating the café, salon, great room, library, dining room, game room, and pharmacy. Additionally, a new porte-cochère, entry, spa treatment rooms, solarium, and outdoor dining courtyard will be added to the CCRC.

The project team comprises architecture firm Three (Dallas).
