Forefront Living (Dallas), a faith-based, nonprofit senior living and hospice provider, is planning Bella Vida at La Cantera, a 62+ independent senior living community, in San Antonio.
Situated on 21 acres, the community will comprise 153 independent living apartment homes and 40 villas with attached garages. Floor plan options will range from 820 to 2,550 square feet.
Amenities will include a salon and spa, fitness center, sports courts, casual fine dining, indoor swimming pool, and walking trail.
Bella Vida at La Cantera is slated to open in 2026.
