The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City plans to redevelop a two-story office building into the Fairmont Heights Senior Community in Salt Lake City, according to kslnewsradio.com.
Construction on the 110-unit affordable senior living community is expected to start in early 2026.
The initial phase will include 40 one-bedroom units and 15 two-bedroom units; the second phase will add 55 more residential units.
