Experience Senior Living (Denver) has unveiled two new projects in Naples, Fla., and Bethesda, Md.
The owner-operator of active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities will break ground in fourth quarter 2022 on The Gallery at Naples, a new luxury community in Naples.
The 169,327-square-foot, 158-unit community will comprise 125 assisted living units and 33 memory care units.
The four-story project will also house a beauty salon, fitness room, pickleball court, saltwater outdoor pool, screened-in patios, movie theater, steak house, bar, and multiple dining venues.
The Reserve at Strathmore Square, part of an intergenerational housing development, is planned in Bethesda. The 26-story, 300,000-square-foot community will include 240 units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The project is scheduled to break ground in fourth quarter 2023.
The community will include a swimming pool, pickleball court, wellness suite with a smart fitness room, spa, professional salon, outdoor spaces including a private memory care courtyard, and multiple dining venues.
