EverTrue Cumberland Crossing, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Carlisle, Pa., is set to begin construction on an independent living expansion, according to a news release.
The new building, called Ashden, will house 115 units with one- and two-bedroom floor plans, each featuring a patio or balcony. Residences will range from 829 to 1,632 square feet.
The project will add new amenities, including a restaurant-style dining room, tavern, and dog park. Renovations will update the indoor pool and expand the workout room with a new yoga and aerobics studio.
The expansion is expected to open in 2027.
