Everbrook Senior Living (Southampton, Mass.) is planning a renovation project at Brookmeadow at Blue Hills, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Boston, according to the website businesslend.com.
The community renovation will modernize common areas, including the lobby, dining room, library/pub, game room, and salon, with new flooring, lighting, and furnishings. A new fitness and multipurpose area is also planned.
Exterior improvements will include a new exterior skin on the primary elevation, new monument sign and enhanced landscaping, fencing, and uplighting.
Real estate investment firm Kirco (Troy, Mich.) acquired the community in May 2023.
