Eventide Senior Living (Moorhead, Minn.) is building a new 55+ active adult senior living community in Moorhead called Sanders Flats, according to the website valleynewslive.com.
The 46-unit community will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom options and will be connected to an adjacent skilled nursing home via a skyway.
Residents will have access to community and wellness rooms, common areas, and underground parking.
Construction is expected to be complete by early spring 2024.
