Estoria Cooperatives (Edina, Minn.), a division of Ebenezer Development, has started construction on Estoria Lakeville, a cooperative senior living community in Lakeville, Minn., according to a news release.
The project will feature 89 member-owned homes in a variety of floor plans, and is expected to open late this year.
The project team will include design firm RSP Architects (Seattle, Wash.), general contractor Frana Companies (Hopkins, Minn.), and codeveloper Leap Development Co. (Pella, Iowa).
