Erickson Senior Living Receives Approval For New CCRC In Franklin, Tennessee

The community would house up to 1,250 independent living units and 175 units for assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

Erickson Senior Living (Catonsville, Md.) plans to build a new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) on a 75-acre site known as Sunset Farms in Franklin, Tenn., according to williamsonsource.com.

The project outlines up to 1,250 independent living units and 175 units for assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

The City of Franklin Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the development plan, which will continue through the city’s review and approval process.
