Developer, operator, and management firm Erickson Senior Living (Baltimore) is planning a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Lakewood Ranch, Fla., according to the website bradenton.com.
The project will include 1,020 independent living units built in two phases. The first phase will comprise 660 units and the second phase will include 360 units, as well as parking, utility, and stormwater infrastructure.
Plans also call for a 250-bed skilled nursing facility.
Residents will have access to multiple dining venues, a pool and fitness center, on-site medical center, art studios, and classrooms.
